Packages
All photo packages will include up to 2 hours on location and a 24-48hr turn around.
Each package will contain a minimum of 25 edited images (larger homes will include more). Agent will receive a digital download via Dropbox for MLS Compatibility.
Property under 2,000sqft........$150
Property up to 3,500sqft.........$165
Property up to 4,500sqft.........$180
Property up to 5,500sqft........$195

*Complimentary sky swaps will be applied to exterior photos when needed.

*A small fee will be applied to community amenities that are requested to be photographed (ex.community pool, playground, boat dock/slips/storage units, tennis/basketball courts etc).

*A travel fee will be applied to anything outside the Lake Norman region.
*A trip fee will be applied if a photoshoot gets cancelled or rescheduled after I have arrived to the property.
