Packages
All photo packages will include up to 1.5 hours on location and a 24-48hr turn around. Photoshoots are available 7 days a week with no additional charge on weekends. Photoshoots scheduled on Saturday or Sunday will have edited photos emailed the following business day. Each package will contain a minimum of 20 edited images. Photos will be sized for MLS and delivered via Dropbox link or Google Drive.
Property under 2,000sqft........$150
Property up to 3,500sqft.........$165
Property up to 4,500sqft.........$180
Property up to 5,500sqft.........$195

Additional Charges
​* An additional fee will be applied to community amenities that are requested to be photographed starting at $15. Examples include community pool, playground, boat dock/slips/storage units, tennis/basketball courts etc.​

* The first 20 miles roundtrip are complimentary from Mooresville, NC. A charge of $0.70/mile will be applied after the first 20 miles.
​
* A $75 cancellation fee will apply for photoshoots canceled less than 24 hours before scheduled time. (Rain and other severe weather conditions do not apply and will be rescheduled).
